Thank you for offering to be part of my Delphi Group in this project. Before inviting your specific comments and opinions on this stage of the research, I will explain the whole Delphi Process, as I intend to conduct it, and set out the ‘terms of engagement’ for participants. If you have any concerns, please let me know straight away before (and separate from) responding to the rest of the form.

Besides this Delphi Group, I am undertaking two major linked strands to this research over roughly the same period:

a. Overseas fact-finding visits to four ‘comparator’ countries that already have – or plan soon to introduce – Value Maps in the public domain: Australia, Denmark, Lithuania and United States. If you have any contacts in any of these countries please submit them here.

b. Creation of a UK Value Map Demonstrator, using data from White Horse District Council, Oxfordshire. This will then be used in a series of controlled presentations to stakeholders in about a year's time. The County and District Councils issued a Press Statement about this on 4th December, a copy of which you can find here.
